I began working with Stephanie for a few years. I was having trouble sleeping, catching colds frequently, and gaining weight. Stephanie first suggested a detox regimen followed by a careful reintroduction of foods identifying my ‘not-now’ list. In addition, she put me on a stress reduction plan along with supplements all of which made a world of difference. Stephanie didn't just help with my symptoms, she helped get me well. I have learned and continue to learn a lot from Stephanie and would recommend her services to anyone!

I was always feeling sluggish, LOTs of bloating and cramping and always feeling horrible after I ate a meal, I decided that I needed to find out what was going on and do what's best for me. Over the last year or so I did talk with doctors about my issues, but that was short lived and the problems came back with a vengeance. Even when eating a healthier diet, things continued to make me miserable. After having knee surgery my system was completely out of whack with the Penicillin they prescribed. For over a week, l would feel nauseous, massive cramping and with the urge of diarrhea but nothing helped – until I called Stephanie!! She immediately gave me some immediate remedies to get me going and take the edge off. Then we talked and decided on a long-term strategy and a few essential supplements I should be taking and a food plan based on my symptoms and history. All I can say is she has changed my life!! I feel BRAND NEW! Now I can eat healthy foods and sometimes not so healthy foods and I’m not bloated and I honestly have normal bowel movements and I’m not sluggish. She saved and changed my life forever. Thanks you Stephanie!”
