When I entered my 40s, things that had always worked for me suddenly didn't.
My energy changed. My body changed. I wasn't sleeping or recovering the same way. Foods affected me differently. Stress affected me differently. Then came changes with my hormones, digestion, weight and mood.
I wanted to know -
What is actually going on with my body?
What I discovered was that there wasn't one answer.
It wasn't just hormones. It wasn't just food. And it certainly wasn't about trying harder.
There were several things happening at the same time, and they were connected.
I wanted to understand why. And that search for answers eventually became part of my life's work.
I earned my master's degree in Clinical Nutrition and became a Certified Nutrition Specialist, with additional training in functional nutrition and women's midlife health. I've spent years working across healthcare, nutrition and supplements, helping people better understand their health and what they can do through food and lifestyle.
All of it has shaped how I work with women today.
I created New Season of Wellness to help women peel it back. To look beyond the obvious answer and understand how nutrition, blood sugar, stress, sleep, digestion, movement, muscle and hormones may be working together.
I'm not here to turn taking care of yourself into another full-time job. I want to help you understand your body, ask better questions and make changes that actually fit your life.
Because the goal isn't to get your 30-year-old body back. It's about taking care of you now, so you have the energy and strength to enjoy the life you've worked so hard to build.
And to keep doing, experiencing and becoming all that you still want to.
